Accessibility

How the Yntra website supports keyboard navigation, readable content, and reduced motion, and how to report an accessibility issue.

Using this website

We design and test against WCAG 2.2 Level AA, paying attention to keyboard access, readable content and different screen sizes. This page describes the website as it is today, limitations included. It isn’t a claim of full conformance.

What the website supports

  • Navigation and product controls work with the keyboard, with visible focus.
  • A skip link, labelled navigation, and a clear heading structure.
  • High-contrast text, responsive layouts, and browser zoom.
  • Respects reduced-motion settings, and you can pick products manually.
  • Every page has readable HTML content, even without JavaScript in the production build.

Review & current limitations

We’ve checked page links, keyboard behaviour, layouts from 320 to 1440 pixels and reduced motion locally, and looked at how the site renders on desktop and mobile.

The app previews are decorative and hidden from assistive technology; the text next to them explains what they show. We haven’t done a full screen-reader and WCAG audit with users.

You can’t buy anything on the company website. If that changes, we’ll look at the accessibility requirements for the new service and update this page.

Tell us about a barrier

Email contact@yntra.se with the page address, what you were trying to do, and which browser or assistive technology you use. Only include what’s needed to explain the problem. You can also ask for website information in another format.

Messages are handled as described in our privacy notice.
