Privacy notice

How Yntra handles personal information when you visit this website or contact us, and how to exercise your privacy rights.

Last updated 3 October 2026

This website

This notice covers the Yntra company website and messages sent to our company email address. The site is here to introduce our software. There are no customer accounts, no checkout, no contact form, no advertising and no analytics.

The Vault entries and Platform schedules shown here are made up. This website doesn’t access your vault or your organization’s workspace. The product apps have their own data handling and documentation.

Who is responsible

The website operator is the controller for website-related personal information. Contact contact@yntra.se with a privacy question or request.

When you contact us

We receive your email address, any name you give, your message, any attachments you choose to send, and email delivery information. We use it to reply and follow up. Please don’t send passwords, vault files or sensitive personal information.

For ordinary correspondence, our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering questions and talking about our work. If you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you, we use the information for those steps. Writing to us doesn’t sign you up for marketing.

You decide what to send. We need a reply address and enough information to answer, otherwise we may not be able to respond.

Visiting the website

Your browser sends technical connection information, including your IP address and the requested page, to the server that delivers the site. The website’s code does no visitor profiling or analytics.

Hosting and security logs, where enabled, are used to deliver and protect the website under our legitimate interest in a reliable, secure service.

Providers & international transfers

The people handling your message and the providers running our email and hosting may receive relevant information. Confirmed providers, processing locations and any transfer safeguards are listed below.

Release pages call GitHub’s API to load public versions and changelogs, based on our legitimate interest in showing current product information. GitHub receives your IP address and technical request information and handles it under its own privacy notice. Downloads and external links also connect to GitHub. See GitHub’s privacy notice for its processing, retention, international transfers and safeguards.

Your choices & rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your personal information, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Portability applies where its legal conditions are met. Which rights apply depends on the circumstances.

Email contact@yntra.se. We may ask for a little information to verify who you are. We normally reply within one month. If we lawfully need longer, we’ll tell you why within that month. You can complain to Sweden’s Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY) or another competent supervisory authority.

This website doesn’t use automated decisions or profiling. If we ever add consent-based processing, you’ll be able to withdraw your consent, without affecting processing already carried out lawfully.

Changes to this notice

We update this notice when the website’s data handling changes. The date above shows which version this is. We’ll explain any new use of information before it starts.
